Morning Talk With L&P Management

CCIFM organized a Morning Talk with L&P Management on the 8th February 2023. During this morning talk speakers Amine Delage and Prakash Santhanam discussed the necessity of creating an organisational common language that enables leaders and talents to accomplish desired performance in alignment with corporate goals. The objective was to create a strong communication platform and strategy for greater connection through energising the team together. This session was designed for participants to increase relationships and connections by better understanding team members’ behaviour and fostering essential employee and organisation growth.
