PHASE 2 of Operations for Manufacturers During the Extended Movement Control Order Period

Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has announced today that they will consider applications for all manufacturers and their suppliers under Phase 2 of Approvals to Operate during the Extended MCO Period.

In this regard, members are requested to provide information based on the attached Excel Worksheet  latest by April 9, 2020 11.59 pm to facilitate in consolidating the final list for submission to MITI by April 10, 2020 12.00 noon.

Submissions are strictly through the CCI France Malaysia and will be strictly for CCIFM MEMBERS ONLY. No direct submission to MITI will be entertained. 

CCIFM will not be able to accept any submissions beyond the deadline as we are working within a very short timeline given by MITI.

Please note that submission for the above will not guarantee that the companies will be allowed to operate. MARii which is an agency under MITI, is developing a system under the supervision of Dato' Sri Norazman Ayob, the Deputy Secretary General (Industry Development) of MITI. The system being developed will enable the automated processing of companies application to operate under the approved sectors that will be announced by the Government soon.
