Courtesy Visit to Ministry of Industrial Development Sabah

The CCI France Malaysia delegation pays a courtesy visit to YB Datuk Dr. Joachim Gunsalam, Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah, cum Minister of Industrial Development Sabah together with his Deputy Secretary Mr. Benedict Bisoni.

The delegation was led by Mr. Jacques Leizerovici, President of CCI France Malaysia accompanied by Mr. Michel Lozac’h, Managing Director of CCI France Malaysia, Ms. Putri Zalika Jayusman, Head of Marketing & Business Support of CCI France Malaysia together with Ms. Laurance Leizerovici, Honorary Consul of France in Kota Kinabalu.

Various topics were discussed, especially a potential collaboration for the promotion of the state of Sabah as an investment destination for French companies.

During the meeting, YB Datuk Dr. Joachim Gunsalam emphasised that Sabah is an attractive state with a lot of natural resources, tourism destination, and excellent location for manufacturing given Sabah strategic location and close proximity to China, Japan, Philippines and Indonesia.

Also present during the meeting were Mr. Maturin Sibi, the Economic Development Manager from Invest Sabah.
